Deborah Ash-Monday, age 61, of Queen City, Texas, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 8, 2020 at her residence surrounded by family.
Deborah was born October 21, 1958, in Dallas, Texas to Clovis “Ed” and Charlotte Ash. She was a Homemaker; and attended Open Door Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time sewing; gambling at the casino and taking cruises. She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Lair.
She is survived by her husband, Gayland Monday of Queen City, Texas; three sons, Shannon Monday and wife Tracey of Royce City, Texas, Tony Monday and wife Jamie of Atlanta, Texas, Bobby Young, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Tina Ellis of Bonham, Texas; her father, Clovis “Ed” Ash and wife Dee of Queen City, Texas; two brothers, Eddie Ash of Oakdale, Louisiana, David Ash of Oakdale, Louisiana; sister, Sherry Johnson of Oakdale, Louisiana; eleven grandchildren, Anthony, Andrew, Christopher, LeeAnna, Shailynn, Wyatt, Stephen, Jaden, Alek, Eva, Weston; five great-grandchildren, Natalie, Ava, Annabelle, Aubree, Kealenn; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 14, 2020 in the Hanner Funeral Chapel.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 1 pm to 2 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
